Editorial Policy
The editorial standards FindMyMoney.App uses for funding opportunity pages, review, AI assistance, corrections, and disclaimers.
FindMyMoney.App publishes funding information for discovery, comparison, and planning. Our editorial standard is practical accuracy: users should be able to understand what a program is, who it appears to help, what is known about the deadline, and where to verify the official instructions.
Human review
Opportunity pages are reviewed by people before or during publication workflows. Human review focuses on source quality, obvious deadline problems, unclear eligibility, duplicate records, misleading titles, and whether the page sends users to a credible official source.
AI and crawler assistance
We use crawler assistance and AI-assisted drafting to discover, summarize, normalize, and improve opportunity records. AI assistance does not replace source checking. Generated summaries can be wrong, stale, or incomplete, so the editorial workflow prefers official URLs and visible review dates.
Source preference
Official government, university, foundation, nonprofit, funder, and program pages are preferred. Third-party sources may be used for discovery or context, but final application details should come from the organization that administers the program.
Corrections process
When users report outdated information, we review the report, compare it with the official source, and update the listing when the correction is supported. If an opportunity appears closed, expired, or unclear, we label it rather than presenting it as open.
No guarantee
FindMyMoney.App does not guarantee awards, acceptance, eligibility, application completeness, benefit approval, loan approval, deadline extensions, or funder decisions. Every applicant should read the official source and, where appropriate, consult a qualified advisor.
Not advice
The site is informational. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration, educational, medical, or benefits advice. Program rules can depend on facts that are specific to your household, organization, institution, jurisdiction, or application cycle.
