Columbia University Human Rights Advocates Program (HRAP) Fall 2027 and Spring 2028: Grassroots Human Rights Capacity Building in New York
The Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University is accepting applications for separate Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 Human Rights Advocates Programs. The program is for grassroots human rights advocates employed by NGOs and combines academic coursework, practical skills-building, mentoring, and meetings with organizations, policymakers, and funders. The deadline for either session is October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Developmental Disabilities Assistance (DD Act) Programs
